JOB TITLE: FINANCIAL ANALYST

LOCATION: READING, PA
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for maintaining financial and non-financial performance reports and data. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will provide reliable and timely information and analysis to the business leaders to guide them in the decision making process.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Provide financial support to the business units and financial management;
• Support the annual budgeting and weekly forecasting processes
• Maintain key performance indicators (KPI) dashboards
• Analyze and interpret financial and operational performance
• Track key operational objectives and strategic initiatives to improve the efficiency and profitability of the business
• Assist with the month end analysis
• Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or finance
• Minimum 3 to 7 years’ experience in accounting
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, problem solving and analytical skills
• Highly organized, accurate, and efficient
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team environment
• Ability to Prepare and present data and processes to all audience levels
• Excel super-user
• Experience working with a large ERP system (JDE is a plus)
