We are looking for a meticulous and organized Finance Paralegal to join our client’s team in Irvine, CA. This on-site position is ideal for a skilled paralegal with a background in finance-related legal documentation who is ready to transition into a finance company specializing in heavy document work. Your expertise in managing contracts and ensuring compliance will play a critical role in supporting the efficiency of commercial equipment lease and loan transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire contract process, from origination to funding, ensuring smooth and timely completion.
  • Draft, review, and finalize lease and loan documentation with precision to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Handle UCC filings, resolve conflicts, and secure necessary agreements to facilitate transactions.
  • Verify, track, and reconcile vendor invoices and proof of payments to ensure accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, accounting, and operations, to streamline transaction workflows.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and third-party service providers to manage equipment titling and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain detailed transaction records and regularly update the CRM system to reflect progress.
  • Monitor insurance certificates to ensure all transaction requirements are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in paralegal or contract administration roles, with a focus on finance or commercial transactions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with UCC filings and lien searches is highly preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and client service abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
