About the Role

This is a full-time position, adhering to standard business hours, with occasional travel within a 30-mile radius of our Irvine headquarters. What You'll Do

As our Sales Operations Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our sales strategy, working closely with various teams to ensure seamless execution. Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Developing and implementing sales processes and strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinating across multiple project teams to ensure alignment and clarity in goals and objectives.
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Conducting sales training focused on sales development and best practices.
  • Facilitating communication between sales, marketing, and product teams to foster a cohesive approach to market challenges.

What You'll Need

Success in this role requires a blend of experience, skills, and certifications. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales operations, preferably within the fintech sector.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize sales processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a knack for interpreting complex data.
  • Required Certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner and HubSpot Sales Software Certification.
  • Strong familiarity with our technology stack, including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and HubSpot.

While not mandatory, certain skills and certifications will set you apart:

  • Google Analytics Certification to enhance data-driven decision-making.
