Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
  • Experience building, developing, and leading a team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in different time zones.
  • Excellent project management, people management, and organizational skills, with a track record of driving and implementing ideas in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

About the job

In this role, you will lead full finance support to business partners on the Marketing team and drive excellence into Marketing's investments. You will also work in close partnership with highly talented finance colleagues from across Marketing, Sales, Product, Accounting and Corporate Finance.

Within your product areas, you will provide the analytical excellence and challenge to help leadership understand the effect of their marketing activity, recommend how to allocate resources for maximum impact on an annual and quarterly basis.

You will have oversight of the work of a number of analysts and TVCs, with the number flexing according to business priorities and capacity.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$245,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Be a finance partner for the marketing leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally across global/regional/local Marketing teams, Business Intelligence, and Compliance to drive decisions, exchange insights and best practices.
  • Advise on investment decisions for Marketing leadership on quarterly and annual timeframes. Provide profit and loss compatible guardrails for investment. Build POV on a mix of investment types with partners. Recommend budget adjustments to meet product area short and long-term goals.
  • Provide decision support to executive stakeholders, including Return on Investment (ROI) analysis and support of planning activities.
  • Manage budgets. Work across partners in adjacent functions to continually improve spend operations and manage risk.
