As the Field Marketing Program Manager, you are the operational backbone of the Regional Field Marketing team. This role partners closely with the AMER sales teams to deliver high-impact field programs, including: events, campaigns, and account-based initiatives that support pipeline creation and progression. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail oriented and looking to build a career in field marketing. What You’ll Do: Your Impact at ClouderaSupport Regional Execution: Act as a dedicated operational partner to Regional Field Marketing Managers by supporting the execution of the regional field marketing strategy.Own Program Operations: Manage program timelines, tasks, and documentation to ensure smooth campaign and program execution. Coordinate with BDR and sales teams to support local campaigns, event follow-up, and lead handoff.Reporting & Data Hygiene: Ensure accurate lead to opp lifecycle management by maintaining campaign and event data in marketing automation and CRM systems. Track program metrics and assist with performance reporting insights and analysis. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with the broader marketing organization, including: BDR field marketing manager, demand generation, and marketing operations teams to support regional strategy. Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and execution efficiency. Communications: Share insights and actions across the team, maintain an accurate master calendar aligned to the GTM plan, and manage team newsletter. What You'll Bring: The Skills for Success:Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing assistant, sales development representative or similar roles.Operational Excellence: You are a master of organization and multitasking with a sharp eye for detail.Tech Savvy: You are comfortable with, or eager to learn, tools like Asana, Salesforce, Excel, Smartsheet, TableauCommunication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required. Additional languages are a plus.A "Can-Do" Attitude: You are a proactive, motivated team player who is always ready to help and find solutions.Public Sector experience is a plus.
