Minimum qualifications:

- 2 years of experience in project or process management.
- 2 years of experience in roles/environments involving candidate management or executive support.

- Experience in working with executive leadership with the ability to manage conflicts, be diplomatic and work under pressure.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring quality experiences for all stakeholders going into and coming out of the executive recruiting process. - Deliver pre-onboarding support for new hire and internal mobility leadership candidates to ensure a transition into Google or to a new role internally and serve as a trusted advisor for any tests related to their mobility and onboarding journey.
- Serve as a domain expert on related Google hiring tools, and manage search data hygiene and information within those tools.
- Coordinate and facilitate requests with partner teams and Google’s vendor network to ensure delivery of candidate coordination activities, as well as immigration, tax and relocation services for new and transferring leaders.
- Identify potential risks/escalations, and partner with the internal stakeholders (e.g., Google People Services Operations Mobility Program Managers, People Partners/Consultants, Global Mobility Solutions etc.) to ensure alignment and issue-resolution.
