The Executive Director, Global Marketing Lead (GML) for UPLIZNA, is a critical commercial leadership role within Amgen’s Global Marketing organization, responsible for shaping and executing the global commercial strategy across the product lifecycle. As the global brand steward, the GML provides a unified “ONE Commercial Voice” across indications, markets, and functions to maximize asset value and enable consistent, disciplined execution worldwide.Operating within Amgen’s Global-with-Local model, the GML translates enterprise product strategy into clear global commercial direction, integrating global strategy with local insights to advance global expansion efforts and patient impact. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
