Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience supporting a VP within a global organization, and building relationships and leveraging multiple perspectives.
  • Experience in a changing environment, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and execution.
  • Knowledge of Google's operations.
  • Ability to lead projects from conception to completion and manage team allocations.
  • Ability to apply program management practices to solve business challenges, and navigate ambiguity and effectively escalate issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail, and collaboration skills.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

As an Executive Business Partner for the Cloud AI organization, you will be the strategic core of your team’s operations. You will provide proactive and comprehensive administrative support to the VP/GM, including managing a global calendar, coordinating international and domestic travel, and planning business-critical meetings and events. Beyond core administrative tasks, you will be a trusted business partner, driving projects from initiation to completion, and solving problems before they arise. You will lead and mentor the Cloud AI Executive/Administrative Business Partner (E/ABP) community, overseeing staffing and morale while improving Google's culture. Your excellent business judgment, ability to manage through ambiguity, and exceptional communication skills will enable you to navigate a variety of functions, interact with a varied group of people, and establish a high level of trust with leaders and cross-functional partners.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
