This position requires travel to client meetings and industry events, offering significant earning potential through a competitive commission structure. As part of a progressive career path, this role can lead to elevated positions such as Regional Vice President or Global Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts, with an emphasis on building relationships with C-level executives.
  • Coordinate complex software demonstrations and proof of concepts to showcase solutions to potential clients.
  • Manage contract negotiations and procurement processes, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with solution architects on technical requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Forecast sales pipeline accuracy and maintain detailed opportunity documentation for strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with implementation teams to ensure seamless deployment of solutions.
  • Analyze competitive positioning to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Mentor junior sales staff to cultivate a strong sales team and promote professional growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Proven enterprise software sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quota.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software and cloud solutions, with experience in complex sales cycles and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools for managing client relationships and sales processes.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex sales environments.
  • 5-8 years of experience required for sales work in a software setting.
  • Familiarity with the Irvine business landscape and local market trends.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment common to Irvine's growing tech sector.
