Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives
  • Manage complex sales cycles and conduct contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with solution architects on technical requirements
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and detailed opportunity documentation
  • Coordinate software demonstrations and proof of concepts
  • Analyze competitive positioning and market trends
  • Mentor junior sales staff and provide guidance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in enterprise software
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software and cloud solutions
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • 5-8 years of experience in software sales
  • Familiarity with Glendale's business landscape and client base
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
