We are seeking a talented Project Manager to help enable the future of lunar surface technologies in a fast-paced startup environment.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional engineering teams to simultaneously meet multiple project deadlines. Key responsibilities include:
- Define the project scope, develop project proposals, plans and schedules, and establish project goals and objectives
- Manage project budget, resources and risks, and ensure the project delivery is on time
- Communicate project statuses, issues, reports, and resolutions to important stakeholders, customers and suppliers
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and in compliance with industry standards, regulations, and requirements
- Act as engineering manager of a diverse team including Mechanical engineers, Electrical engineers, Systems engineers, Chemical engineers, Thermal engineers, and more.
- Interface directly with the customers and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience with project management of engineering programs
- Self-motivated, focused, and driven to meet critical deadlines
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment
- Ability and desire to relocate to Luxembourg
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification
- Microsoft Project experience
- Agile and Waterfall project management experience
- Experience working directly with the European Space Agency
