FalconX is hiring a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our Custody and Staking engineering team, a core part of our Prime Brokerage platform. In this role, you will be deeply involved in the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and reliable blockchain infrastructure supporting multiple chains and protocols. You will work side-by-side with engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship, while helping the team deliver high-quality systems that directly impact the business. This is a technical-first role where your contributions—both as a builder and as a leader—will be critical to the success of our custody products and the broader vision of an open financial system.

Preferred Qualifications
The base pay for this role is expected to be between $213,000 and $288,000 in the New York City and San Francisco Bay Area.
This expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role will also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for a successful candidate will be determined based on a number of factors such as location, skillset, experience, qualifications
and the level at which the candidate is hired.
