Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in data analysis including identifying trends, generating summary statistics and drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
- 2 years of experience in managing projects and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related technical field.
- Experience in data analysis and related tools and processes.
- Experience in automating processes, developing LLM agents or applied AI.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, anti-fraud, network engineering, malware or artificial intelligence.
- Excellent problem-solving and thinking skills with attention to detail in a changing environment.

Trust and Safety Account and Device Intelligence goal is to prevent damage to Google Users and Products through accounts by deploying upstream protections.At Google we work hard to earn our users’ trust every day. We partner with teams across Google to deliver bold solutions in abuse areas such as malware, spam and account hijacking. A team of Analysts, Policy Specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers, we work to reduce risk and fight abuse across all of Google’s products, protecting our users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages.Responsibilities
- Build a new Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based capability leveraging the Transformers-based detection system to evolve and automate Incident Response, while generating threat intelligence that is related to protect Google accounts.
- Transform and automate team processes by developing AI Agents. Automate operational workload like alert generation and incident analysis, using techniques derived from Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Model (LLMs), operations research.
- Apply the threat intelligence to be ready to respond to new adversarial campaigns. Manage the response to incidents aiming Google Accounts, including the response in case of incidents.
- Work together with the Operations team to scale the operational work required to protect Google accounts, such as managing low-severity escalations and alerts, and maintaining the quality.
