EMEA Partner Marketing ManagerDepartment: Demand GenerationEmployment Type: ContractLocation: Poland Description Title: EMEA Platform Partner Marketing Manager Location: London office preferred; open to EMEA Remote A global SaaS company that operates at significant scale and continues to expand its reach across the world We are seeking an experienced, creative, and results-oriented marketer to join the Global Partner Marketing team. The mission of this team is to deliver an outstanding partner experience by providing the right engagement, resources, and incentives to help partners grow their businesses. The Platform Partner Marketing Manager will work directly with strategic SaaS platform partners to: Understand shared users Build joint marketing strategies Execute co-marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and activation Support partner-led growth and adoption of the company’s platform As an early member of the Partner Marketing team, you will play a key role in shaping platform partner marketing strategy, investment models, and best practices. You will: Define annual joint marketing strategies, objectives, and success metrics with a portfolio of top SaaS platform partners Develop joint messaging and create bespoke co-marketing activations with partners Execute co-marketing initiatives (e.g. joint email campaigns, co-branded webinars) to drive scaled customer acquisition, product upsell, and partner-sourced pipeline Integrate partners into company-led campaigns by collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Campaign Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Demand Generation Manage and optimize market development funds with partners to maximise ROI Track and analyse performance of co-marketing activities, sharing insights to identify the most effective levers for acquisition and activation through partners Partner closely with Platform Sales and Global Partnerships teams to increase platform adoption and partner satisfaction We’re looking for someone with: 6–10 years of relevant B2B marketing experience Proven experience working with go-to-market partners to build joint marketing plans and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition and pipeline growth Experience developing joint messaging and co-created content with partners Demonstrated ability to measure and improve ROI in an indirect, partner-led business model Strong understanding of partner distribution channels, user journeys, funnels, sales cycles, and product lifecycles Preferred Attributes You also likely have: A startup mindset with a strong bias to action and comfort operating in fast-paced environments The ability to balance big-picture strategy with meticulous execution A proven track record of effective cross-functional collaboration Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
