We are seeking a talented Freelance Paid Media Specialist to join our team and take charge of developing and managing paid search, paid social, and programmatic ad campaigns.


Key Responsibilities


  • Campaign Development: Design, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic networks) tailored for DTC brands.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve client objectives.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, understanding of their goals, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, audience behaviors, and competitive landscapes that inform campaign strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
  • Reporting: Create and present detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in paid media management, particularly in paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic buying platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Experience in DTC marketing is a plus.
