
Your role:

Define and own the long-term product vision and strategy across multiple product areas.

Translate company and business objectives into cohesive, measurable product strategies and roadmaps.

Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Product Managers, fostering strong ownership, accountability, and career growth.

Ensure excellence in product discovery, delivery, and optimization, from ideation to launch and iteration.

Drive data-informed decision-making, experimentation, and continuous performance improvement.

Partner closely with executive leadership, Engineering, Data, Compliance, and other stakeholders to align priorities and execution.

Deeply understand customer needs, behaviors, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and product gaps.

Act as a product thought leader and ambassador within the organization.

Establish and promote best practices around product quality, agile delivery, and continuous innovation.

Balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability, platform thinking, and organizational maturity.
What makes you stand out:

8+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role (Director / Group PM / Head of Product).

Proven experience owning and scaling product strategy in high-growth B2C tech companies.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing product teams.

Experience operating in fast-paced, complex, and regulated environments.

Deep understanding of at least one of the following:

Consumer crypto products (wallets, exchanges, DeFi, trading platforms), or
-
Payments, issuing, or financial services platforms.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly and execute decisively.

Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Proven ability to influence at executive level.

Proficiency with JIRA and agile product delivery frameworks.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Strong passion for fintech and crypto is highly preferred.
