This role oversees branding, content strategy, social media, digital marketing, trade shows, public relations, and website management. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution, ensuring consistency and impact across all marketing channels.Essential FunctionsBrand Management – Maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all channels.Content & Messaging – Oversee creation of website copy, blogs, white papers, and marketing collateral.Social Media & Digital Presence – Manage strategy and engagement aligned with business goals.Website & SEO – Drive updates, UX improvements, and SEO for visibility.Events & Trade Shows – Plan and execute industry events to maximize exposure.Public Relations & Thought Leadership – Build media relationships and position the company as an industry leader.Lead & Demand Generation – Partner with sales to deliver campaigns that generate qualified leads.Analytics & Performance – Set KPIs and optimize campaigns using data insights.Team Leadership – Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team.Relationship Management – Foster strong internal and external partnerships.Core ValuesOthers First – Put others before selfWisdom – Do the wise thingGrowth – Keep getting betterEducation/CertificationAssociate or Bachelor’s DegreeEligibility RequirementsMust meet E-Verify requirementsRequired KnowledgeStrong understanding of social media trends, SEO, and web analyticsExperience7+ years of marketing experience (Healthcare Staffing or related field preferred)Proven expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, content development, and event managementExperience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)Skills & AbilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong leadership, project management, and collaboration abilitiesCustomer service and public relations expertisePresentation and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsAnalytical and problem-solving capabilitiesWork SchedulePart-time, remote position.
