Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in a technical role architecting, designing, and building scalable, distributed enterprise systems.
- Experience across the full technology stack, including business systems analysis, system configuration, and the integration of both first-party and third-party systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- 20 years of experience in systems engineering, architecture, or a similar role, with a significant focus on global supply chain, logistics, or related enterprise systems.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including but not limited to planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and demand forecasting.

As the Director of Business Systems Analysis for the Supply Chain Systems Engineering team (ASCII), you will lead the next phase of growth for Google Cloud and Data Center technology operations. You will work to transform the complex supply chain systems that power Google Cloud at an unprecedented scale.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $262,000-$369,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead and transform the business process architecture and evolution of highly scalable and resilient supply chain systems, driving significant improvements in efficiency and cost.
- Drive the integration of AI/ML technologies across our supply chain systems to enable predictive analytics, intelligent automation, optimization, and enhanced decision-making.
- Scale organizational impact and create change by cultivating future technical leaders, including Business Systems Analysts, Product Managers, and Tech Leads, through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and fostering new working structures.
- Transform business challenges into process architectures and solution designs. Identify and develop actionable technical roadmaps, leveraging both third-party and first-party solutions.
- Advocate for ASCII's vision for Google data centers and supply chain as a global standard, driving 10x thinking and AI innovation for touchless, measured user experiences.
