BODi is on a mission to build the Health Esteem Category! Having just launched a new brand (from Beachbody to BODi), a new platform, and a new app where fitness and nutrition is supported by positive mindset content, BODi breaks from the fitness and diet industry and ushers in the era of Health Esteem. Health Esteem specifically rejects the legacy fitness and diet industry playbook of pursuing a healthy lifestyle based on self-criticism – a playbook Beachbody used to abide by. But after observing the uptick in mental health challenges since the pandemic and seeing that 74% of Americans remain overweight or obese today, despite the efforts of the fitness industry, BODi had to make a change.BODi (formerly Beachbody) was founded in 1998 with a mission to help people achieve their goals and enjoy healthy, fulfilling lives. With millions of customers empowered since inception, BODi’s portfolio of iconic fitness and nutrition brands—P90X, INSANITY, 21 Day Fix, and Shakeology—continues to transform lives through world-class fitness, nutrition, and motivation.Job Responsibilities:Own the strategy, execution, and performance of BODi’s affiliate channel as a scalable, profitable growth engine across traditional affiliates and modern creator-driven partnershipsLead and optimize relationships across publisher, loyalty, cashback, deal, content, and influencer-affiliate partners with clear performance accountabilityBuild and scale influencer-led affiliate programs including creator affiliates, social commerce, and platform-native affiliate models that drive incremental subscribers and revenueDevelop and manage affiliate economics including CPA, CPL, revenue share, and hybrid structures, with a sharp focus on unit economics, LTV, retention, and paybackOversee day-to-day affiliate operations including partner onboarding, contracting, tracking, attribution, optimization, and compliancePartner closely with Growth, Media, CRM, Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure affiliate strategy is integrated into broader acquisition and lifecycle effortsAnalyze large performance datasets to identify trends, diagnose issues, and surface growth opportunities across partners, cohorts, and offersTest and iterate on offers, landing experiences, creative, partner types, and pricing models to improve efficiency and scaleOwn forecasting, performance reporting, and insights for the affiliate channel, with clear communication to senior stakeholdersLead and develop one direct report, providing clear priorities, performance standards, and growth opportunitiesStay current on affiliate, influencer, and performance marketing trends, platform changes, and regulatory considerationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred8+ years of experience in affiliate, partnership, or performance marketing roles, with direct ownership of revenue-driving acquisition channelsDemonstrated experience scaling affiliate programs at a DTC or subscription-based company with meaningful revenue impactDeep experience managing publisher, loyalty, cashback, deal, and content affiliates, not just influencer or creator partnershipsHands-on experience building or scaling influencer-led affiliate programs, including creator affiliates, social commerce, or platform-native affiliate modelsStrong understanding of DTC unit economics, including CAC, LTV, retention, churn, payback periods, and cohort performanceExperience working within a Shopify-based commerce ecosystem and understanding how affiliate performance ties to conversion rate, merchandising, and on-site experiencePrior experience at an affiliate publisher or within a subscription business strongly preferredProven ability to manage CPA, CPL, revenue share, and hybrid compensation models with financial disciplineExperience negotiating partner agreements, commercial terms, and performance-based incentivesTrack record of working cross-functionally with growth, media, lifecycle, product, and analytics teams to drive integrated outcomesKnowledge, Skills, And Abilities:Expert-level understanding of affiliate marketing operating models, including partner incentives, fraud prevention, attribution, incrementality, and quality controlStrong analytical capabilities with the ability to evaluate performance at the partner, cohort, and customer levelFluency in performance metrics and financial modeling, with the ability to assess true incrementality and long-term customer valueHigh comfort working with large datasets and performance reporting using affiliate platforms, analytics tools, and spreadsheetsAbility to diagnose performance issues quickly and make clear, data-backed recommendationsStrong operational rigor across tracking, attribution, tagging, compliance, and platform integrationsClear, direct communicator who can translate complex performance data into insights and decisions for senior leadershipEffective people manager with experience setting goals, providing feedback, and developing talentStong prioritization skills and comfort making trade-offs between scale, efficiency, and long-term valueSelf-directed operator who can move between strategy and execution without losing momentumBeachbody, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to  race, color, ancestry, national origin, citizenship status, religion, creed, age,  physical or mental disability, sex, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding or related medical conditions), sexual orientation,  gender identity, gender expression, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, military and veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
