Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in roles which engage with external or internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of work experience in strategy consulting, business strategy, marketing, PR/communications, sales, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience with problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in tech, media, telco, or a related industry.
  • Understanding of Google's products and the wider technology industry.
  • Ability to work well in an ambiguous and fast-changing environment, demonstrating entrepreneurial approach.

The gReach Program is a 12 months paid upskilling program for industry professionals with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from underrepresented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Work with and support the team in building the core product marketing guide for Pixel Phones and its portfolio products.
  • Become the source of truth for key features of upcoming Pixel products and its feature name in Japanese.
  • Align on the priority features we need to promote in Japan through key Pixel Drop programs with the global and regional counterparts.
  • Plan and execute the Pixel Drop communication plan. Work with the social team for the organic post in a timely manner.
