*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

*Duties*
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user computing issues
- Set up and configure new laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of all systems
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter

*Experience*
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, Office suite, Linux, Active Directory
- Experience in software troubleshooting and help desk support
- Knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, macOS)
- Familiarity with TCP/IP networking, DNS

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service roles
