We are looking for a Derivatives Product Manager to join us on this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Product Management team, which defines the overall product strategy and vision of WOO and works with different functions to align and deliver products and features that provide maximum value to our users. On a day-to-day basis, PMs will brainstorm and research new product ideas, define the requirements of upcoming product features, and plan and deliver product releases..

What you’ll be working on:

  1. Lead end-to-end planning, design, and iteration of derivatives trading products, ensuring performance, reliability, and a competitive user experience.
  2. Develop product solutions for both institutional and retail traders, covering areas such as order execution, margin mechanisms, trading flows, and risk parameters.
  3. Work closely with risk, quant, and engineering teams to design and optimize platform-level risk control frameworks, including margin models, liquidation logic, and position management.
  4. Analyze product performance, trading behavior, and user data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  5. Build internal tools and business systems that support derivatives growth, operational efficiency, and scalable product development.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Risk, Operations, BD, Compliance) to ensure smooth delivery, iteration, and long-term roadmap execution.
  7. Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and derivatives trading practices to guide product direction and strategic planning.

About you:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of product experience in trading platforms, futures trading, or financial technology.
  2. Strong understanding of trading product architecture, derivatives mechanisms, and core concepts such as leverage, funding rates, mark price, margin requirements, and liquidation processes.
  3. Proven ability to translate complex trading logic into clear, actionable product requirements and specifications.
  4. Highly proficient in data analysis, with the ability to extract insights from user behavior, market activity, and product metrics.
  5. Experience with financial instruments such as equities, FX futures, or options is a strong plus.
  6. Experience designing products for institutional users or supporting institutional trading workflows is preferred.
  7. Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of working effectively with global engineering, risk, and business teams.
  8. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complex product initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
