We are currently looking for a Data Product Manager in United States.The Data Product Manager will take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of payer and partner data that drives operational execution, customer success, and value creation. This role manages data ingestion pipelines, monitors data quality, and oversees attribution processes, ensuring insights are accurate and actionable. The position involves close collaboration with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Payer teams to prioritize new data sources, solve complex problems, and support monthly operational reviews. You will serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating data into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations. This role is ideal for someone with a blend of healthcare data expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving outcomes in a high-impact environment.Accountabilities:·         Own commercial request intake and support monthly operational reviews (MORs), triaging and delivering on pre- and post-sales data requests.·         Manage end-to-end attribution processes, including monthly batching, claims ingestion, and anomaly resolution.·         Prioritize and onboard new data feeds such as eligibility verification, ADT, PBM, and third-party enrichment sources.·         Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Payer partners to ensure data supports decision-making and operational goals.·         Monitor and maintain data quality, ensuring pipelines into analytical platforms remain accurate and reliable.·         Develop and document repeatable processes, playbooks, and standards for data operations and governance.Requirements·         3+ years of experience in Data Product Management, Technical Program Management, or Implementation roles.·         3+ years working with healthcare payers or PBMs on data integration projects (claims, eligibility, enrollment, provider, or remit files).·         Experience operating recurring data ingestion pipelines and implementing production-grade data quality controls.·         Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders and create clear narratives.·         Solid organization and documentation habits, including the creation of repeatable processes and playbooks.·         Working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and common healthcare file formats (e.g., 837/835/834, delimited extracts).·         Bonus: Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight) or familiarity with value-based care and payer reporting constructs.Benefits·         Competitive base salary ($120,000 - $130,000) with performance bonus potential.·         Equity or special incentive programs for eligible roles.·         Health, dental, and vision coverage.·         401(k) plan with employer match.·         Paid parental leave (16 weeks for either parent).·         Vacation starting at 15 days/year (increasing to 20 days/year in the second year).·         Supportive, inclusive, and mission-driven work culture.Jobgether Talent Matching Process Jobgether is a Talent Matching Platform that partners with companies worldwide to efficiently connect top talent with the right opportunities through AI-driven job matching.
