Position Overview:
The Data Entry & Reporting Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and timely reporting for multiple clients. This position supports the account management team, focusing on maintaining high-quality data standards, running essential reports, and occasionally communicating with franchisees or corporate offices to verify and clarify information.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Perform precise data entry for multiple clients to ensure accurate and well-maintained records.
- Reporting: Generate and distribute reports as required, adhering to company formats and ensuring data consistency.
- Account Support: Provide accurate and timely data to support the account management team in client-related activities.
- Communication: Collaborate with franchisees or corporate contacts to confirm details, resolve discrepancies, and uphold data quality.
- Data Cleanup: Regularly review and refine databases to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Quality Control: Identify and address data inconsistencies, implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards.
- Administrative Assistance: Offer general administrative support to the account management team as needed.
Project Goals:
- Data Accuracy: Achieve and maintain a 100% accuracy rate in data entry and reporting tasks.
- Timely Reporting: Deliver all reports promptly to meet the requirements of clients and account teams.
- Process Improvement: Regularly identify and implement measures to enhance data quality and streamline workflows.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure seamless communication and data support to uphold the company’s reputation for excellence in client services.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in data entry or a related field, preferably in a client-focused environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools; experience with data management software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Benefits
Compensation: Competitive pay with an expected base salary range of $24.10 - $31.25 per hour or $50,000 - $65,000 annually. Total starting compensation is determined based on lawful criteria, company policies, and best practices.
