Job Description:
This fast-paced position will be responsible for managing day-to-day needs for colocation, cloud, and managed service customers.β― The primary goal of the Customer Success Manager (CSM) is to ensure that our customers derive maximum value and utilization from our products and services such that they renew, expand and become advocates for us in the marketplace. CSMs need to champion Flexential within the customerβs organization and ensure we deliver on the promises and potential of our products and services. CSMs complement the existing Sales and support teams on accounts by providing a proactive, programmatic, and long-term vision of the customerβs journey with consumption, value and retention at the core of that journey.Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:

Base Pay Range: Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $55,000 - $65,000. However, the actual pay range depends on each candidateβs experience, location, and qualifications.
Variable Pay: Discretionary annual bonus, based on personal and company performance.
