Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle inquiries including product information, troubleshooting, and order management.
- Ensure inquiries are resolved in a timely and effective manner to foster customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer experiences.

Requirements - Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
