We are a rapidly growing Insurance Agency headquartered in Arcadia, CA, offering an amazing company culture and employee tenure! We are hiring for a CSR/Sales Support Administrator to support our Insurance/Sales teams in office and administrative support. This person will work with our Principals in providing admin support, quoting new/existing business on additional policies and risk management.
We offer growth opportunities and are seeking someone with 1-2 years of general office administration support within the Insurance Agency or Carrier industry.

Job Details
Provide Sales Team with administrative and clerical support. Assist with customer service as appropriate, communicate and document effectively to ensure compliance and productive operations, support and deliver on agency and team goals.Core Duties
Answer and route high volume of calls and emails clearly and professionally and with βwarmβ transfers of client/prospect calls whenever possible.
Sales support duties include, but are not limited to:
Assist with Sales Teamβs marketing efforts for new business/rewrites including communication with carriers/brokers and clients as appropriate, data gathering, due diligence reviews, document distribution, task tracking and documentation until complete.
Process high volume of documentation in agency management system accurately.
Help problem solve and/or escalate customer service issues as appropriate
Maintain current knowledge of insurance coverages, market products to efficiently and competitively insure clientsβ exposures.
Accept and process payments from clients via EFT, credit card, check or money order as appropriate.
Understand and ensure E&O compliance and data security best practices.
Perform other duties as assigned by COO and Management Team.Qualifications
One to two years of general office/administrative support in a related field preferred.
California P&C insurance license preferred and may be required for certain tasks.
Good judgment, sound problem solving and decision-making skills.
Proficient and effective verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal skills to communicate and work effectively with diverse people at all levels.
Ability to work both independently and collaborate with others in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail for accuracy and clarity to ensure quality and timely results.
Willingness to accept constructive criticism and strive for ongoing improvements.
Ability to use personal computer, calculator, agency management system (Applied EPIC preferred), and various software programs, including but not limited to MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers and do calculations involving decimals and fractions.
