Crypto Trading Platform Engineer

We’re building a next-generation crypto trading platform with full copy trading functionality and an intuitive user experience. The platform uses React + TypeScript on the frontend and Express + TypeScript on the backend. You’ll help implement core trading features, risk management, third-party integrations, and seamless copy trading logic.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
2. Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Express
3. Experience with backend testing and trading or finance-related applications is a plus
4. Must be based in the US or EU
5. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
6. Experience integrating third-party APIs, especially trading platforms, payment providers, market data services, or crypto exchanges

Responsibilities:

1. Develop scalable frontend and backend components
2. Implement trading logic, risk checks, and copy trading features
3. Build and maintain third-party integrations for crypto trading, market data, wallet services, and exchange connectivity
4. Collaborate on design and architecture for a high-performance crypto trading website
5. Write and maintain tests for critical trading logic and risk-related workflows

Nice to Have:

1. Experience working with blockchain, cryptocurrency, or Web3 products
2. Familiarity with crypto exchange APIs such as Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Bybit, OKX, or similar platforms
3. Understanding of wallets, on-chain transactions, smart contracts, and blockchain data providers
4. Experience with real-time market data, WebSockets, order execution flows, and portfolio tracking
5. Knowledge of crypto trading concepts such as spot trading, copy trading, risk limits, slippage, and liquidity
