Crypto Partnerships Manager

Target Mafia is seeking a Crypto Partnerships Manager to grow and manage relationships with high-value crypto affiliates and whale partners. You will structure deals, scale campaigns in iGaming, DeFi, and memecoin projects, and ensure seamless crypto payouts. This is a remote, full-time role with all payments made in crypto.

Duties / Responsibilities:

1. Identify and manage high-value crypto partners and whale affiliates.
2. Structure RevShare, CPA, and performance-based deals.
3. Analyze KPIs, optimize campaigns, and scale profitable partnerships.
4. Ensure smooth crypto payments and wallet integration for partners.
5. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maximize ROI.

Required Skills:

1. Business Development / Partnerships in crypto, iGaming, or DeFi
2. Performance Marketing (CPC, CPA, ROAS)

Education and Experience:

1. 3–5 years in business development, affiliate management, or partnership roles
2. Proven track record with high-value crypto affiliates / whale partners
3. Experience in iGaming, DeFi, or crypto marketing campaigns
4. Strong English communication skills
5. Portfolio or case studies of previous partnership successes
