You’ll work at the intersection of project management, creative, analytics, and production.You’ll also shape and pitch creative concepts that challenge existing ad formats and explore new storytelling angles.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and document emerging video trends across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.Translate insights into creative hypotheses, storyboards, and clear production briefs.Write or edit scenarios that bring clarity and story structure to short-form ads.Generate and propose new video styles, not just iterate on existing ones.Ensure each concept accurately reflects the client’s value proposition and target audience.Plan and manage full production cycles: scripting, shoot planning, editing, and delivery.Coordinate creators, influencers, and bloggers — handling outreach, briefing, and remote shoot support.Oversee AI-assisted creative generation to maintain brand and visual consistency.Develop and manage test plans with media buyers to validate creative hypotheses.Review performance data (CTR, hook rate, watch time, CPA) and translate insights into actionable improvements.Maintain a consistent “create → test → learn → scale” workflow for ongoing creative optimization.Creative OwnershipDevelop and evolve concepts based on top-performing creatives and test results.Conduct regular reviews of our best videos (and competitors’) to identify storytelling patterns worth scaling.Define the tone of voice, visual direction, and storytelling approach for each production.Build content hypotheses together with media buyers, test and scale the best ideas.Coordinate small production teams or external creators (UGC, studios, AI).AI & Experimentation MindsetYou know how to experiment with AI tools — from generating references in Midjourney to quick pre-production in Runway or Pika.We don’t expect you to know every tool, but we value a “prompt-first” mindset — when you create faster than you search.
