We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Digital Marketing/Project Manager to join our team. This part-time contract role will start at 20-30 hours per month, with potential for growth as the agency expands.
Key Responsibilities:Project Management
- Serve as a point of contact for a specific set clients, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Manage client updates, including progress reports, analytics, and performance insights.
- Coordinate with agency owner, internal team members, freelancers, and vendors to deliver high-quality work on time.
- Provide timely and accurate updates on project status
- Maintain organized workflows and timelines for multi-channel campaigns.
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Plan, implement, and monitor marketing strategies tailored to client goals.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, focusing on key performance indicators.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including strategy, deployment, and A/B testing.
Reporting & Analytics
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio, and email platforms such as Klaviyo, to track and analyze campaign data.
- Prepare detailed performance reports for clients, including actionable recommendations to optimize results.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and marketing best practices to ensure clients remain competitive.
- Proactively suggest new strategies, tools, or campaigns to improve agency offerings.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a preference for agency or multi-client environments.
- Proven track record of managing paid media and email marketing campaigns.
- Experience preparing data-driven updates and performance insights for clients.
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Monday, Google Workspace, and other project management platforms.
- Must have familiarity with data/analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and/or SEO tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution.
- Candidates located in Maine, New Hampshire, or Massachusetts are strongly preferred.
