
The Governance and Program Support (GPS) team manages key components of Block’s Compliance Risk Management Framework within Block Compliance. As a Compliance Policy and Training Manager, you’ll drive our global compliance policy and training programs, ensuring they’re current, effective, and meet regulatory requirements.
You Will
- Manage end-to-end global compliance training operations, including content deployment, audience management, and completion tracking
- Drive data-drive program improvements through analytics, stakeholder feedback, and industry best practices
- Maintain and ensure adherence to training procedures, controls, and documentation to meet regulatory requirements
- Manage training system administration, vendor relationships, and program automation initiatives
- Oversee completion tracking, escalation processes, and inputs to executive reporting
- Manage audit and examination responses related to training programs
- Drive process automation and efficiency improvements
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- Support policy requests, as needed
You Have
- 5-7 years in Compliance and/or Risk Management
- 5+ years managing training programs in regulated financial services
- Proven track record of program management and process improvement
- Experience with learning management systems and program automation
- Excellence in data analysis, visualization, and executive reporting
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing audit and regulatory examination responses
- Ability to balance strategic initiatives with operational demands
