Who We’re Looking For:

• An iOS mobile developer
• Someone who knows dating apps—you’ve used them and understand their flaws.
• Someone who wants more than just another job—you want to build something big.
• An independent thinker—I don’t micromanage, I trust you to own your role while I own mine (UI/UX design).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building the app from the ground up (frontend & backend).
• Choosing the best tech stack, you have full say.
• Developing key features like Låse, profile verification, in-app chat, and monetization.
• Implementing security features (Apple ID login, government ID verification).
• Helping shape the app’s direction, your ideas matter here.

What’s the Catch?

I’ll be upfront and say that this is not a salaried job.

This is an equity-based co-founder opportunity. If that’s a deal-breaker for you, no hard feelings.

But if you’ve ever wanted to OWN a major stake in something that could take off, then this is that chance.

• Developer: 45% equity (You’re the technical co-founder.)
• UI/UX Designer: 10% equity (Hiring later. Design isn’t the priority yet.)
• Me (Founder, Creative, Business Lead, and Lead UI/UX Designer): 45% equity (Managing vision & operations.)

If the app succeeds, your stake is worth far more than any short-term paycheck.

How We’ll Fund & Sustain Development

We’re not just throwing this into the wind and hoping for the best. There’s a plan:

• Bootstrap & reinvest early revenue (microtransactions, early sign-ups, ads).
• Seek angel investors/VC funding if the app gains traction.
• Explore startup grants & accelerators to help us scale.

This means as soon as we make money, it goes back into development. No one is working for free forever.
