DescriptionDriving the future of Wealth Management, the Client and Account Data Product Manager leads innovation and excellence in data strategy and solutions.As a Client and Account Data Product Manager in JP Morgan’s Wealth Management, you will be instrumental in advancing the strategic vision and execution of the Party and Account Data Domain. Your responsibilities include leading product development, improving data quality, and integrating analytics to address business and client needs. You will work closely with operations, advisors, and business stakeholders to deliver robust data solutions, support agile transformation, and drive continuous improvement throughout Wealth Management.Job responsibilitiesSupport the execution of the product vision and strategy for the Party and Account Data DomainCollaborate with data consumers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to gather requirements and address challengesManage and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and agile best practicesWrite clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and track progress on development tasks and issuesAssist in the design and implementation of reusable data capabilities and micro-services across Wealth ManagementConduct data quality assessments, support improvement initiatives, and facilitate integration with analytics platformsMonitor and report on data-related risks, ensuring compliance with firm-wide policies and standardsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience in product management, data analysis, or related roles within financial services or technologySolid understanding of Agile (Scrum) methodologies and backlog managementExperience in data governance, data modeling, and data quality improvementStrong collaboration and relationship-building skills with business, technical, and data stakeholdersFamiliarity with microservices architecture and analytics platformsProficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and use of analytical tools (e.g., Alteryx, MS Visio)Demonstrated ability to manage projects, solve problems, and support change initiativesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in wealth management or related financial servicesKnowledge of Client or Account data domains and industry-specific data challengesAbility to prepare and present information to management and cross-functional teamsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environmentExperience working both independently and collaboratively within teamsAnalytical mindset with the ability to break down and solve complex problems
