The Chief Digital Marketing Consultant will play a key role in overseeing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer experiences. This individual will oversee a broad range of marketing functions, including social media management, content creation, public relations, email marketing, and website optimization. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in managing integrated marketing campaigns, optimizing content strategies, and delivering measurable outcomes. Working closely with both internal teams and external agencies, the Chief Digital Marketing Consultant will contribute to shaping the company’s brand, driving engagement, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing efforts aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities to Oversee

Marketing Calendar Management:

  • Lead the development, coordination, and execution of a comprehensive marketing calendar to ensure alignment with business objectives, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

Website & Content Management:

  • Oversee the management and optimization of website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with overarching marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to enhance user experience and functionality.

Creative Oversight:

  • Partner with in-house and freelance designers and copywriters to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
  • Provide creative direction and ensure consistency across all marketing materials in line with the brand guidelines.

Content Creation:

  • Supervise the creation and distribution of a wide array of marketing content, including case studies, white papers, customer spotlights, technical sheets, blogs, and more.
  • Ensure content is aligned with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.

Social Media Management (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TIKTOK Focus):

  • Develop and execute strategies to elevate brand visibility, foster audience engagement, and generate leads through both organic and paid efforts.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistency across social media platforms.

Email Marketing (HubSpot):

  • Oversee email marketing campaigns through HubSpot, including segmentation, testing, and performance reporting.
  • Create and manage drip marketing campaigns designed to nurture leads and drive conversions.

Public Relations (PR):

  • Manage public relations activities, including media outreach, press releases, and the cultivation of relationships with journalists and influencers to amplify brand messaging and secure media coverage.

Metrics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze the performance of all marketing activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations to continuously optimize strategies.
  • Monitor data from social media, email campaigns, website traffic, and other channels to ensure effectiveness and improve ROI.

Sales Toolkit & Asset Library:

  • Maintain and update sales and marketing assets, including presentations, case studies, product sheets, and other materials, ensuring all content remains relevant, current, and easily accessible.

Agency Management:

  • Lead and manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring successful campaign execution, adherence to deadlines, and the delivery of high-quality work.

Software & Subscription Management:

  • Oversee the management of marketing software and subscriptions, ensuring tools are effectively utilized and delivering value to the organization.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned in support of the marketing team and business goals.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $79,381.00 - $150,000.00 per year
