Our client, a reputable company based in Glendale, CA, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager. This position offers an exciting opportunity to build and manage reseller partnerships in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on recruiting, enabling, and growing a network of value-added resellers and system integrators. Glendale is conveniently located near several thriving cities including Burbank, Pasadena, and Los Angeles.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Channel Sales Manager or similar role in sales
  • Strong understanding of channel economics, deal registration programs, and partner incentive structures
  • Experience developing channel programs and partner enablement materials
  • Proficient with partner relationship management (PRM) systems and channel marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage complex partner ecosystems

Responsibilities

  • Developing, implementing, and managing channel sales strategies
  • Recruiting, enabling, and growing a network of value-added resellers and system integrators
  • Developing channel programs and partner enablement materials
  • Managing complex partner ecosystems
  • Ensuring the achievement of sales and revenue goals

Pay/Benefits

  • Salary Range: $94381-$114381 per year
