Our Client, a leading company based in the beautiful city of Santa Barbara, CA, is seeking a talented Channel Sales Manager. The role will focus on building and managing reseller partnerships. Qualifications

  • Experience developing channel programs, creating partner enablement materials, and managing complex partner ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of channel economics, deal registration programs, and partner incentive structures.
  • Proficiency with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems and channel marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of success in channel sales role.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, enable, and grow a network of value-added resellers and system integrators.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Create and implement partner enablement materials and channel programs.
  • Manage complex partner ecosystems and deal registration programs.
  • Analyze channel economics and develop effective partner incentive structures.
  • Utilize PRM systems and implement channel marketing strategies to drive sales.

Pay/Benefits

  • Salary range: $94,402 - $114,402 per year.
