About The Role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead Binance Pay’s growth in the CIS/CEE markets.

This role focuses on identifying high-value merchant partners, driving commercial negotiations, enabling product adoption, and building strategic collaborations that enhance the Binance Pay ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Compliance, legal and regional teams to execute go-to-market strategies and scale payment use cases across markets.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify, evaluate, and onboard key merchants, payment service providers and strategic partners across key verticals including financial services, e-commerce, retail, fintech, travel, gamingDrive the end-to-end business development cycle: prospecting, outreach, solutioning, commercial negotiation, contracting, and integration support for launch
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, PSPs, wallets, and ecosystem partners to drive growth, including account management and operational support with partners
  3. Develop and execute pipeline strategies to grow transaction volumes and merchant penetration in priority markets.
  4. Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to localize payment solutions, streamline merchant integration, and improve product-market fit
  5. Work closely with Marketing to plan and deliver joint activation campaigns that drive adoption and customer acquisition
  6. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and new payment technologies to inform strategy
  7. Develop business cases, pitch materials, and internal reports for leadership stakeholders
  8. Track KPIs and partner performance, proposing optimization strategies to scale GMV and usage
  9. Ensure activities comply with internal policies, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years of payments/fintech experience with strong knowledge of the card/payments industry
  2. Experience in at least one or a combination of partnerships/BD, account management or project management roles
  3. Self-starter, problem solver, results-oriented and able to execute fast in a dynamic setting
  4. Solid team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Critical thinking and analytical skills to generate insights with data
  6. Bilingual English/Russian is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
