About the Role We are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand partnerships, drive growth, and strengthen the ecosystem around our crypto project. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands the Web3 landscape, and can translate opportunities into measurable results. You will be responsible for securing collaborations with exchanges, wallets, KOLs, and institutional partners while shaping the growth strategy of the project.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and close strategic partnerships across the crypto and blockchain ecosystem
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential partners including exchanges, wallets, and communities
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements while safeguarding project interests
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and community teams to activate BD deals effectively
- Track performance metrics to measure ROI of BD initiatives
- Represent the project at industry events, conferences, and online panels
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales (crypto/Web3 preferred)
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously with a structured approach
- Understanding of DeFi, staking, tokenomics, and crypto user behavior
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in high-growth environments
