Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience of client management and business or a related role.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to collaborate with local clients and regional partners.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in client management and business.
- Experience in mobile apps and an understanding of apps development, distribution platforms, business models, and value chains.
- Experience managing complex partnerships.
- Experience working in a fluid and a collaborative environment.
- Ability to identify business opportunities, assess business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with partners.

Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the partnership strategy for the game developers in Greater China. Identify and prioritize opportunities for mutual growth.
- Provide data insights and guidance to partners, helping them improve their apps business on Google Play.
- Advocate for Google Play and Android, driving adoption of products and features among partners.
- Anticipate market trends, engaging landscape, and opportunities in the apps and games industry.
