Our Client, a leading Third Party Logistics company located in Manhattan Beach, CA, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. This bustling beach city is conveniently located near other notable Southern California cities such as Hermosa Beach, El Segundo, and Redondo Beach. As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on developing strategic partnerships with enterprise clients and identifying new market opportunities. This role will require a deep understanding of supply chain operations, contract negotiations, and RFP processes, as well as experience managing large logistics accounts ($5M+).
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in the logistics industry
- Proficiency with CRM systems, financial modeling, and executive presentations
- A deep understanding of supply chain operations, contract negotiations, and RFP processes
- Experience managing large logistics accounts ($5M+)
- Ability to develop customized supply chain solutions
- A strong knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in logistics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A bachelor's degree in business, logistics or a related field is preferred

Pay/Benefits
Our Client offers a competitive salary range of $90,630 - $105,630 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package. This includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, generous paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
