The Requirements Analyst/Tester will work as part of an agile team to support the LibraryIQ platform releases and related business
functions. The Requirements Analyst/Tester works with the Product Manager, subject matter experts, and IT team members to
collect and clarify business requirements and test scenarios. They will conduct functional testing and document requirements, user stories,
wireframes, and specifications.
- Partner with business and IT team members to understand key business processes, application functions, and IT solution delivery processes.
- Apply functional and process knowledge in story and test development to enable the development of quality systems with the optimal user experience.
- Write Requirements, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Test Cases & Steps, and Perform system testing.
- Assist developers with troubleshooting failures and improving current processes.
- Assist the Product Manager with backlog management.
- Contribute to and lead sprint and release reviews, release demos, and user documentation as needed.
