We're seeking a motivated, and talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic Global Operations team for a 6 month FTC. This role will report to the Global Head of Insurance Operations and work across multiple departments (Customer Engagement, Claims, Insurance Services and Operations) to design and deliver a programme of work focused on efficiency. They will analyse, document, and improve our business processes while contributing to strategic projects that drive our company forward.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to document existing processes and establish performance baselinesConduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to gather requirementsIdentify and analyze business problems, recommend solutions and develop and deliver projectsLead process improvement initiatives from conception through implementationWork closely with our business and engineering teams to ensure operational requirements are incorporated into solutionsImplement solutions using low-code platforms and automation tools when neededOversee the program of work, with support from the Operations teamRequired Experience
Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of experience as a Business AnalystExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent documentation and process mapping abilitiesExperience with data analysis and visualization toolsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsProven track record of implementing process improvementsExperience with project management methodologiesExperience implementing automated and AI-enabled solutionsLean Six Sigma qualification or experience preferredQualifications in project management, data analysis and/or business analysis requiredExperience with low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Zapier, UiPath)Experience as a business analyst in the insurance industry
