What’s the position?

We're looking for a curious, pragmatic Business Analyst who thrives on variety and gets energized by solving different problems across the business. You'll be deployed onto ad-hoc initiatives across the company, sometimes for a few days, sometimes for several months, working alongside Project Managers to cut through ambiguity and help teams deliver outcomes that matter. This isn't a checkbox-ticking role. We need someone who asks "why" and "what if," who can flex between deep analytical work and rolling up their sleeves to help the team, and who genuinely cares about understanding the people impacted by the work we do.

Core BA activities:

  • Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements across diverse problem spaces

  • Creating process maps and workflows to visualize current and future states

  • Facilitating workshops and interviews with stakeholders to uncover needs and pain points

  • Translating business needs into clear, actionable specifications for technical and non-technical teams

  • Analyzing data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

  • Conducting stakeholder analysis and managing competing priorities with diplomacy

  • Creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts that help teams understand what "done" looks like

  • Gap analysis between current capabilities and desired outcomes

  • Supporting business case development with research, analysis, and recommendations

The reality of the role:

  • You'll work across Tech, Product, Finance, HR, Operations; wherever you're needed most

  • One week you might be mapping finance processes; the next, you're spec’ing out requirements for a new communication tool

  • You'll partner closely with Project Managers, often acting as their analytical right hand

  • You'll need to context-switch effectively and pick up new domains quickly

  • Sometimes you'll stretch beyond traditional BA work. We're one team, and we get it done together

The mindset that matters:

  • Curious - You dig deeper, you ask why, you want to understand the real problem

  • Open-minded - You don't arrive with "the answer"; you explore possibilities with the team

  • Focused - You cut through noise to identify what actually matters

  • Customer-obsessed - You always think about the people affected by the work whether it be internal or external

  • Flexible - You don't hide behind rigid methodology; you adapt your approach to the problem

  • Collaborative - You believe in "we" over "I" and support the team however needed

What success looks like

In 3 months:

  • You've successfully delivered on 2-3 different pieces of work across different departments

  • Stakeholders are asking for you by name

  • You've built trusted relationships with Project Managers in the PMO

  • You understand how to navigate the organization and get things done

In 6 months:

  • You're seen as a go-to person for complex, ambiguous problems

  • You're confidently operating across all parts of the business

  • You're helping shape how we approach analysis and requirements work in the PMO

  • You're mentoring others and raising the bar for what good looks like

What are we looking for?

  • Requirements elicitation and management

  • Process mapping and analysis (tools agnostic, but experience of several tools eg.  Miro, Lucidchart, Visio)

  • Data analysis and interpretation

  • Workshop design and facilitation

  • Documentation skills (clear, concise, fit-for-purpose)

  • Product thinking or UX research exposure

  • Change management or organizational design exposure

Must-haves:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on varied initiatives (not just one domain / or development team)

  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills. You can read the room and adapt

  • Ability to create clear, visual documentation that makes complexity simple

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Comfort with ambiguity and the confidence to ask hard questions

  • Track record of being deployed onto different projects and delivering value quickly
