We are executing a multi-year global transformation of our Publishing Solutions product line, building infrastructure that supports millions of client deliverables annually and enhances client experiences across all communication channels.As a Senior Associate, Data Product Manager, you will play a key supporting role in high-visibility initiatives, working closely with Product Owners, Data Owners, Reporting Specialists, and Technologists. Your skills in documenting and managing data requirements will contribute to the success of our client reporting function and the strength of our data infrastructure.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport data working groups, shaping data dictionaries, business use cases, and reporting standards that set the industry paceAssist in tracing and documenting data sources, lineage, and ETL/ELT flowsHelp identify and document System-of-Record (SOR) dependencies to ensure timely and accurate data deliveryCollaborate in designing and documenting secure, scalable data architectures and repeatable processes for client content productionContribute to the development and execution of data strategies that enhance client reporting solutionsCommunicate technical data requirements and insights to business stakeholders in a clear and actionable mannerAssist in implementing data governance frameworks and data quality controlsMonitor, document, and help improve data quality, consistency, and integrity across client reporting outputsUse tools such as Excel, Python, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and Pendo to support data cataloging, transformation, analysis, and visualizationRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience working with data in a financial services or asset management environmentStrong proficiency in ExcelFamiliarity with data analysis tools (Python, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx) for validation, mapping, and insights; attention to detail in documentationSolid analytical and reasoning abilitiesAbility to apply mathematical and statistical methods to analyze and validate data for client deliverablesPreferred QualificationsExperience with Snowflake is a plusExposure to at least one major asset class (e.g., fixed income, equities) is preferredAbility to present data findings and requirements to technical and business stakeholdersExposure to creating data taxonomies, data dictionaries, or data governance modelsUnderstanding of APIs and data product managementEducational background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related data fieldRelevant certifications such as CFA/CAIA, AWS, Snowflake, or Python are advantageous
