We are currently looking for an Analytics Product Manager in the United States.As an Analytics Product Manager, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced Analytics and AI-driven solutions that support commercial growth objectives. You’ll define the roadmap for data products, oversee platform integration, and ensure seamless collaboration between business units, data architecture, and analytics teams. This role blends strategy, innovation, and technical expertise to deliver high-impact data solutions. You’ll also act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external technology partners to drive product adoption and continuous improvement across markets.Accountabilities:Define and execute the strategy for commercial data products, ensuring data ingestion, harmonization, governance, and accessibility for business and technical users.Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics platforms such as Marketing Data Hub, Data Intelligence Platform, and Commercial Data Hub.Partner with data architecture and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-performance analytics capabilities.Serve as the subject matter expert for commercial data solutions, driving standardization and best practices across markets.Oversee vendor and partner relationships, managing contracts, performance, and innovation roadmaps.Implement KPIs, data quality rules, and governance models that ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance.Lead adoption and change management initiatives through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.Support the integration of AI-powered tools and visualization technologies to enhance business decision-making.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.At least 7 years of experience in data management or analytics product development within commercial or consumer goods organizations.Strong background with platforms such as Google BigQuery, Databricks, and Looker.Proven experience building or managing Analytics/AI solutions, data products, or digital transformation projects.Solid understanding of data governance, harmonization, and compliance frameworks.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability and a passion for innovation.Ability to manage multiple vendors and coordinate complex, cross-functional projects.Familiarity with emerging technologies, data visualization, and user experience design.BenefitsCompetitive total compensation including base salary, bonuses, and long-term incentives.Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, and vision) and wellness programs.Matching 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and financial support for retirement.Paid parental leave, childcare support, and flexible work arrangements.Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates.Opportunities for continuous learning, development, and global collaboration.Inclusive and diverse workplace culture that fosters teamwork and innovation.
