Job Description  

The focus of this role will be to work with our clients delivering value to our existing eFront clients helping them improving their business performance and better leverage the latest functionalities. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, project planning, risk management, budget oversight, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables. The candidate will ideally possess some project management experience or eFront knowledge or business and/or technical expertise as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

Your Tasks 

  • Effective overall responsibility to deliver requirements to clients following our best practices and managing key elements including scope, deliverables, resources, timelines and budget. 

  • Develop achievable baselined plan and deliver to plan by monitoring milestones achievements. 

  • Manage and communicate all deviations from plan. 

  • Monitor and control projects by actively identifying, tracking, managing, mitigating and resolving project issues and risks – provide the requested internal and external reporting 

  • Conduct project meetings and collaborate with project team members to build consensus on challenging issues 

  • Communicate requirements and actively set & manage expectations to ensure all team members and stakeholders are accountable for their role in the project’s overall success 

  • Track and store project artefacts 

  • Manage key stakeholders by setting appropriate expectations, ensure proper communication and manage crisis 

 

Must have: 

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in IT/Finance related degree 

  • 5+ years experience 

  • Problem-solving thinking 

  • Strong interpersonal skills – exhibit professionalism at all times 

 

Should have: 

  • Project Management qualifications : PMBOK, PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, Prince 2 

  • Strong organizational skills 

  • Good time management and ability to multi-task and manage multiple clients in parallel 

  • A team player capable to work independently 

  • A ‘can do’ attitude – willingness to accept challenges  

  • Interest in the functional part of the product 

  • Knowledge and Intersest in the Financial industry 

 

Nice to have: 

  • Software Technology experience 

  • Knowledge of eFront Invest and/or private markets business 

  • Previous similar work experience will be positively considered 

For Atlanta, GA Only the salary range for this position is USD$105,000.00 - USD$132,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
