We’re looking for the right person to help take us even further.Job Summary:Software Product Manager role to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered scan workflow solutions for small and medium business (SMB) print customers. In this role, you will define customer-centric requirements that simplify document capture, processing, and integration into digital workflows. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to translate AI capabilities into scalable, easy-to-use software experiences. The ideal candidate balances strong product management fundamentals with a passion for applied AI, workflow automation, and SMB customer needs. This role is accountable for driving adoption, customer satisfaction, and business impact through innovative, reliable scan workflow solutions.Job Responsibilities:Identify opportunities for integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in customer scan workflowsGather and summarize customer/market needs, competitive landscape and business goals to guide product/service/solution (PSS) definitionDetermine appropriate PSS positioning and value propositionDrive the definition of a PSS family portfolio through Development and Design teams.Determine initial PSS pricing strategyPartner with WW Marketing to create compelling PSS messagingInfluence third parties to enhance or develop solutions capabilities.Regularly meet with customers or partners during the definition and development process.Engage in trade shows, press and analyst eventsDevelop insights about customer usage post launch to inform PSS optimization/refinementEssential Knowledge & Skills:Strong software product management experienceAbility to define a compelling, data-informed product vision that shapes org-level directionAbility to understand and deal well with rapid development cycles and remain flexible in the face of uncertainty.Experience with agile software life cycle / developmentAbility to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical language and translate between the two.AI fluencyIdeal Knowledge & Skills:Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager delivering AI solutionsTechnical knowledge of printers and scan workflowsKnowledgeable in solutions targeting small to medium-sized businessesExperience partnering with external developersScope & Impact:Advises various internal, partner, and customer teams on the needs and requirements of target markets.Works closely with architects and technology leads, directly engaging with internal and external software development teams.Complexity:Moderate: Some senior management interface; frequent cross-functional/cross-organizational interaction. Requires both Strategic thinking and tactical execution.Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives.Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. Provides direction to team activities and team decision-making processes.Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution.Education & Experience:Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field.The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
