AI Product Manager (U.S. Remote)

Overview About Unison:  Role Overview: As a Product Manager at Unison, you will define and execute product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead the development of features that solve complex user problems. Your immediate focus will be leading the development of AI-powered capabilities, including a new AI search experience. Responsibilities Lead product management for AI-powered capabilitiesOwn the development of the AI-powered search feature from concept through launch and iterationIdentify and validate product opportunities that drive measurable customer and business valueDefine and communicate clear product requirements, use cases, and success metricsCollaborate closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, and other stakeholdersStay informed on user needs, market trends, and relevant technologiesSupport a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaborationWithin 1 Month:Gain a deep understanding of Unison’s product suite, technical architecture, and customer needsMeet with key internal stakeholders and customers to assess opportunities for search and related capabilitiesLead the approach for our AI-powered search feature, including roadmap, requirements, and stakeholder alignmentDevelop a 90-day product plan in collaboration with the VP of ProductWithin 3 Months:Lead development of a working prototype or MVP in coordination with technical teamsDefine success metrics and an iterative roadmap for refinementWithin 6 Months:Launch the initial AI search capabilityGather customer feedback and analytics to guide improvements and future enhancementsContribute to broader strategy around AI feature development across the portfolio Qualifications 3+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, with recent work on AI, data, or search featuresStrong understanding generative AI and LLMsAnalytical mindset with experience defining and using metrics to evaluate feature successProven ability to lead product efforts from idea through successful deliveryExcellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related fieldWhy Join Unison: Unison has pioneered the creation of innovative software for federal agencies, program offices, and government contractors worldwide.
