At Lio, we’re building THE AI workforce for procurement.As our first AI Implementation Manager in the US, you’ll bring AI Agents into real enterprise operations and drive measurable impact for Fortune 500 customers.This is your chance to join Lio at the very beginning of our US expansion — owning critical customer deployments from day one and helping build our US business from the ground up.What You'll DoIn this role, you will:Own end-to-end enterprise implementations from kick-off to successful go-liveTranslate customer requirements into scalable implementation plans and solution designsAct as the primary project owner and trusted advisor for DAX and Fortune 500 customersCoordinate Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless executionProactively manage timelines, risks, stakeholder communication, and escalationsTurn customer feedback into actionable product improvementsBuild scalable implementation processes and playbooks that enable future growthHelp establish Lio's implementation function in the US and shape how we serve American enterprise customers as we scaleYour ProfileYou'll thrive in this role if you:Have experience in software implementations, customer success, implementation consulting, or technical project management.Take ownership by default.
